Supreme Court has accepted our argument and adjudicated that the fact that a witness taking the stand with privileged documents, is not deemed to have waived the privilege and the counter part doesn’t have an automatic right to review such documents.

District Court adjudicated that although the Plaintiff doesn’t have an arbitration agreement with the company, the dispute against the company, shall be resolved in arbitration.
