| Broad Application of Arbitration Clause
District Court has accepted our argument and adjudicated that although the Plaintiff doesn’t have an arbitration agreement with the company, rather with its shareholders, the claim (that was filed against the shareholders as well as the company) the dispute, including against the company, shall be resolved in arbitration. |
