Micah Menes

Born 1964, New York, USA. Admitted 1993, Israel. Education: Tel Aviv University (LL.B., 1991). Member: Israel Bar. Micah has provided General Counseling for years to large Israeli publicly traded companies. Micah has extensive experience in due diligence proceedings, drafting of prospectuses and other securities related documents, both within and outside of Israel. He also represents venture capital funds in their investment activities in Israel. Micah serves as counsel to many clients including companies publicly traded on the Tel Aviv and foreign stock exchanges, in their general matters as well as various ongoing civil matters including corporate and contractual commercial transactions, Agency, Joint Ventures, Securities, Anti-Trust issues, Labor Relations and Real Estate. Micah's practice includes Litigation in these fields.
Micah is a graduate of the diplomatic course at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Micah was formerly associated with Professor Yuval Levi & Co. until 1994 and later became a partner in Shinar, Shachor, Weissberger until 2004.
