| Representation of Unitronics an Israeli publicly traded company against a large British - French Group. The dispute includes proceedings taking place both in Israel and in France simultaneously.
Through service via “ambush”, Israeli jurisdiction was applied to foreign entities and individuals. A Judgment has been given against a board member of the French company, although French law doesn’t recognize personal officer’s liability in such case. |
