| MOSHAV SHILAT
Representation in a dispute among members of
Moshav Shilat (a cooperative community). The
Supreme Court rendered a precedent judgment in
favor of the Firm's clients, whereby the court
shall not cancel arbitration proceedings pursuant
to claims made by a party upon the the
arbitrator's death, contesting the validity of the
arbitration agreement. Instead, the court shall
order the appointment of a substitute arbitrator,
and continuation of the arbitration proceedings,
particularly where the party challenging validity
of the arbitration agreement actively participated
in the arbitration proceedings prior to the
arbitrator's death.
