| APROPHIM GENEVA
Representation of Aprophim S/A, a Swiss company,
in arbitration proceedings against Czech's Governmental Montavane Group, Yoshpe Ltd. and others,
whereupon the court approved the arbitrator's
judgment in the amount of dozens of millions of
NIS (New Israeli Shekels). In this case, the
Israeli Supreme Court rendered a precedent
judgment concerning negotiation of an arbitrator's
fees, prior to and following rendering of
judgment.
