| Representation of the Radum (an Israeli company involved in upgrading of combat jets) against major Israeli bank and the Slovenian Republic. The dispute included filing for and receiving a ground braking court decision to grant injunction against the bank, in order to prevent the execution of an independent bank guarantee in favor of the Slovenian Government. |
